Terms of Use
Last updated:
These terms describe use of zomburst.com, its browser games, and its guides. In these terms, “Zomburst,” “we,” and “our” refer to the operator of this website. Please read them before using the site. If you do not agree, stop using the service.
Who the games are for
Zomburst provides single-player zombie games for entertainment. The games contain fictional combat, weapons, threatening creatures, and survival themes. This website is intended for people age 13 and older, and some content may not be suitable for all players. This is a content guideline, not an official age rating.
If you are under the age of legal adulthood where you live, use the site with the permission and supervision of a parent or guardian as required by applicable law. Take breaks and stop if play causes discomfort.
Access and permitted use
The currently published games are free to access in a compatible browser without a Zomburst account. You may use the website for personal entertainment, read its guides, and keep local save exports for your own play. Virtual resources, scores, upgrades, and rewards have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for money.
Do not use the site to attack or disrupt systems, distribute malicious files, infringe another person's rights, impersonate the operator, or interfere with other visitors' access. Do not present copied games or website material as your own or sell access to them without permission. These terms do not limit uses that applicable law allows without permission.
Your device, browser, and saves
Gameplay runs in your browser. Where storage is available, progress and settings are kept locally on your device. There are no Zomburst accounts or cloud saves. You are responsible for choosing a suitable device and browser and for keeping a backup through available export tools.
Browser storage can be cleared, blocked, corrupted, or removed by the browser or operating system. A private browsing session may discard data when it ends. Updates may change game content or save compatibility. We cannot guarantee preservation of progress, availability on every device, or recovery of a missing local save.
Content and intellectual property
Zomburst's game code, writing, interface, and original artwork are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Third-party names, browser names, and service marks remain the property of their respective owners. Mentioning them does not imply sponsorship or endorsement.
You may link to public pages and share your own gameplay experiences. Other copying, redistribution, commercial use, or reuse of protected material requires permission unless applicable law permits it. Send rights concerns through the Contact page so the material can be identified and reviewed.
Availability, updates, and external services
Games and guides are being developed and may contain bugs or incomplete features. We may update, replace, suspend, or discontinue content. We do not promise uninterrupted service, a particular performance level, a fixed update schedule, or that a guide remains accurate after a game changes.
Links to other websites and services are provided for their stated purpose. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices. The Privacy Policy explains website analytics and the distinction between device-local game data and network requests needed to deliver the site.
Warranties and limits
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website, games, and guides are provided as available and without warranties of uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, fitness for a particular purpose, or preservation of local data. Guides and scores are for entertainment and information, not professional advice or a guarantee of results.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the site. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or restricts consumer rights, remedies, or other protections that applicable law does not allow us to exclude or restrict.
Changes and questions
The date on this page identifies the current terms. Material changes will be reflected in the published text and date. Review the terms when returning after an update; changes do not retroactively remove rights that applicable law protects.
Contact us with questions about these terms, permissions, or a problem using the site. The Disclaimer and Privacy Policy provide additional information about content, local saves, and data practices.
